Most submission issues come from missing required fields, duplicate names, duplicate color combinations, or invalid account state.

The palette creation page requires an authenticated user. If you are redirected to login, sign in first and then return to the palette creation flow.
Required fields are missing
A palette needs a name, at least one palette category, and at least one color category. The submit button also expects the palette to keep at least two colors.
Duplicate name or color set
The tool checks for duplicate palette names, duplicate palette keys, and slug collisions. If a palette already exists, change the name or adjust the colors enough to create a distinct palette.
Image upload fails
Only image files can be used for extraction. If upload fails, check the file type and try a standard image format.
Troubleshooting tip
If the form keeps failing, simplify: two valid colors, one short name, one palette category, and one color category.
