How to recheck frozen Vault files

1. Open /vault/storage/broom.
2. Click the recheck button.
3. Read the confirmation modal.
4. Start the recheck.
5. Wait until Vault finishes and refreshes cached data.

The recheck flow calls the Vault recheck endpoint and refreshes client caches. It is meant to update whether files are still considered frozen or cleanup candidates.
