Vault shows upload progress while files are being sent to storage and confirmed by the server.
- Uploading means the file bytes are being transferred.
- Processing means the file reached storage and Vault is confirming the record.
- Success means the file is ready in Vault.
- Error means the upload or confirmation failed.
- The progress row can show uploaded bytes, total bytes, and upload speed.
Some uploads may briefly stay near 99% before moving to processing, because Vault still needs to confirm the upload after the storage transfer finishes.
Tip
If an upload fails, remove the failed file or retry after checking the file type, file size, and network connection.
