Your first message creates the direction of the conversation. Lara uses it to create a new chat, set an initial title, and start the first response.
Start from the Lara page
- Open
/lara/c/. - Write your first request in the chat input.
- Optionally choose a model, mode, web search, or file attachment before sending.
- Press the send button.
- Lara creates a new chat and opens it at
/lara/c/{chatId}.
Write a useful first message
A good first message includes your goal, context, constraints, and preferred output. For example: Create a 7-day launch plan for my new Linksy profile. I am a fitness coach, I sell 1:1 programs, and I want Instagram followers to book a call.
Use quick actions when you need ideas
The start page includes quick action groups such as video, writing, learning, and productivity. These are helpful when you want a ready-made prompt direction instead of starting from a blank input.

Do not only ask help me. Tell Lara what you are trying to achieve and what kind of answer you want.
