The Linksy Button Builder gives you more control than a simple color picker. You can combine presets and manual settings to create buttons that match your profile style.
Start with presets
Use preset categories such as color, border, shape, size, text, and shadow to get close to the look you want quickly. Presets are useful because they create a coherent base before you fine-tune the details.
Customize the details
- Background color: controls the button surface.
- Text color: must stay readable on the selected background.
- Border color and width: useful for outline, ghost, or high-contrast styles.
- Border radius: changes the button from sharp to rounded or pill-shaped.
- Shadow: adds depth, but too much can make the profile look noisy.
Use undo, redo, and reset
Experiment freely, but use undo and redo when you want to compare versions. If the style becomes too complex, reset and rebuild from a cleaner preset.
Check the design in context
A button can look good alone but fail on the actual profile background. Always preview the final style with your avatar, bio, background, and real button labels.
Design rule
Readable text is not optional. If a button needs effort to read, simplify the color, background, border, or shadow.
