- If Vault says authentication is required, log in again and retry.
- If a file is blocked, remove it from the upload list.
- If storage is not enough, delete unused files or upgrade your plan.
- If upload preparation fails, try again after refreshing the page.
- If the network fails, retry with a stable connection or upload fewer files at once.
Vault uploads happen in two parts: the browser sends the file to storage, then Vault confirms the upload. An error can happen in either step.
Tip
For large batches, upload fewer files first. This makes it easier to identify which file caused the error.
