Improved Todo block and Boardly shutdown notice

The Workspace Todo block has received an important stability update, especially for editing and deleting multiple tasks at once.

Previously, deleting selected Todo rows could sometimes leave empty lines behind, react too late, or cause the editor to jump unexpectedly. This was caused by the editor trying to rebuild empty list items while the browser was still processing the deletion.

Todo editing is now significantly more stable across desktop, mobile, and input methods such as mobile keyboards and IME.

The Todo block also has a new Block Settings panel with two additional options:

• Delete when checked — automatically removes a task as soon as it is completed.
• Move checked tasks down — keeps completed tasks below all unfinished items.

These settings make the Todo block more flexible for both temporary checklists and longer task lists.

Boardly is being discontinued

A new notice has also been added to Boardly informing users that the service will be permanently removed starting August 1.

Creating new Kanban boards in Boardly is no longer available. Existing users can still access their current content before the shutdown date, but Boardly will not receive further development.

Workspace Boards are replacing Boardly with a much more powerful, responsive, and deeply integrated system for managing tasks, projects, and complete workflows directly inside Workspace.
