Linksy Booking has received a major update focused on reliability, flexibility, and easier day-to-day management.

Booking availability is now handled more accurately, helping prevent overlapping appointments and keeping available times up to date. Pending booking requests are also managed more safely, so unanswered requests do not block a time slot indefinitely.

Businesses now have more control over how bookings work. You can choose whether new requests are confirmed automatically or require manual approval, pause the entire booking flow when needed, and set clearer cancellation rules for customers.

Customer management has also been improved. Specific email addresses can now be blocked temporarily or permanently. You can add an internal reason, choose how long the block should remain active, view all blocked customers, and remove a block whenever necessary.

Review requests after completed bookings are now more flexible. Businesses can choose between collecting reviews through a connected Linksy Reviews block or sending customers directly to their Google review page.

Linksy Reviews supports verified customer feedback and the built-in review dashboard, while the Google option makes it easier to collect public reviews directly on a Google Business Profile. The selected destination is used automatically in the review request email after a booking is completed.

The review setup has also been made clearer. You can see which review method is currently active, change the connected Linksy review block, add or update a Google review link, or turn review requests off at any time.

This update also improves booking security, location verification, cancellation handling, customer privacy, and the reliability of booking-related emails.

Overall, Linksy Booking is now more dependable, more customizable, and better suited for businesses that want to manage appointments and customer feedback from one place.
