Linksy Business — Booking Data Encryption Update

We’ve improved data protection across Linksy Business bookings.

Previously, sensitive booking information such as phone numbers and email addresses was encrypted. With this update, booking notes are now encrypted as well.

What’s New

Booking notes are now protected with the same encryption approach used for other sensitive booking data.

This means that sensitive information included in a booking note is no longer stored as plain text.

Encrypted booking data now includes:

• Customer phone numbers
• Customer email addresses
• Booking notes

This update provides an additional layer of protection for information that may be included in booking notes, such as personal details, special requests, or other sensitive customer information.

No action is required from users. The updated encryption is handled automatically by Linksy Business.
