We have added a new support system to ReadyTools to make it easier to get help, report issues, and follow your support requests from one place.
Until now, getting help could feel too scattered. Some questions were better answered through guides or documentation, while other issues needed direct help from the ReadyTools team. The new support area brings this together in a cleaner and more organized way.
With ReadyTools Support, you can now open support tickets, describe your issue, attach screenshots when needed, and follow the status of your request over time. Each ticket has its own timeline, so you can see when it was created, reviewed, replied to, resolved, reopened, or closed.
Support is also connected to the way ReadyTools is built. When you create a ticket, you can choose what your request is about, such as a tool, your account, billing, reports, security, or something else. This helps the ReadyTools team understand the problem faster and give you a better answer.
We also added a new support landing page with helpful resources before opening a ticket. You can quickly find Guides, Docs, Product Updates, and common answers if you are looking for a tutorial, setup help, technical details, or information about recent changes.
If those resources do not solve your issue, you can contact support directly. Tickets are handled by the ReadyTools team, not public community members or random users, so account, billing, product, report, and safety issues stay in the right hands.
This is the first version of the ReadyTools support system, and it will continue to improve over time. The goal is simple: make help easier to find, make support requests clearer, and make it easier for users to understand what is happening with their ticket.
