Lara Chat is the dedicated chat workspace for talking with Lara inside ReadyTools. It is separate from smaller Lara helpers that appear inside other tools. The chat page is designed for longer conversations, file-based work, web research, model selection, saved messages, and shareable conversations.

What Lara Chat is good for

  • Planning projects, content, lessons, and workflows.
  • Analyzing files, notes, code, documents, or website context.
  • Using live web search when current information matters.
  • Comparing options, summarizing long material, and generating structured outputs.
  • Saving useful answers as favorites and returning to previous chats later.

How it is different from general Lara features

Lara Chat is conversation-first. It keeps a chat thread, lets you choose supported models, uses chat modes, supports attachments, and includes organization tools such as sidebar history, favorites, and sharing. Tool-specific Lara buttons may help inside one product, but Lara Chat is where you can develop a full conversation.

Where to open it

Open /lara/c/ to start from the Lara Chat start page. Existing conversations open under /lara/c/{chatId}. Your chat sidebar lists previous chats when you are signed in.

Simple definition

Use Lara Chat when the task needs a real conversation, context, files, research, or a result you may want to revisit later.
