- Open Vault storage.
- Find the file.
- Double-click the file or open its menu and choose preview.
- Use the preview header actions to refresh, download, delete, or close.
- For images, use zoom controls if needed.
The preview modal resolves a safe access URL for the file. If the URL cannot be loaded, Vault shows a preview error and a refresh action.
Tip
Preview is the safest way to inspect a file before downloading or sharing it.
