In Linksy, each regular link appears as a button on your public profile. The button text comes from the link title, and the destination comes from the link URL.
Open the General editor
Sign in and open /linksy/general. Make sure you are editing the correct page if your Linksy profile has multiple pages.
Add a new button
- Click
Add new link. - Choose a link type, platform, custom URL, or quick setup option from the modal.
- Add the link to the active page.
- Enter a clear title. This is the button text visitors will see.
- Enter the destination URL. This is where visitors will go after clicking the button.
Change button text
Edit the link title field on the existing link block. For example, change My website to Book a consultation if that better explains the action.
Change the destination link
Edit the URL field on the same link block. Paste the full destination URL and check it before saving, especially for store pages, booking links, forms, or affiliate links.
Save and test
- Click the main
Savebutton on the General editor. - Open Preview and click the edited button.
- Confirm that the button text is correct and the URL opens the expected page.
- Test the public

Appearance is separate
Use /linksy/general to change a button's text and URL. Use /linksy/appearance to change the global visual style of Linksy buttons.
