Use Manage Access to review who can use a Workspace page and what role they have. If you do not have permission to manage access, the menu may show Members instead.
Open the access dialog
- Open the Workspace page.
- Open the page options menu.
- Choose
Manage Accessif it is available. If not, chooseMembersto view member information. - Use
Search members...to filter the list.
Understand roles
| Role | Meaning |

Viewer | Can only view and comment. |
Editor | Can view and edit content. |
Admin | Can edit and manage users. |
Search members
Use the Search members... field when a page has many collaborators. The dialog can show member counts such as current members out of the member limit, and online indicators when available.
Change page-level access
- Open
Manage Access. - Find the member.
- Open the role menu. It may show
Select Role. - Choose
Viewer,Editor, orAdminwhere allowed. - Wait for the change to save before closing the dialog.
Page-level only
The dialog states: Only page-level access can be changed from this dialog. Workspace-level inherited access may be visible but cannot be changed there.
Remove access
- Open
Manage Access. - Find the member.
- Choose
Remove User Access. - Confirm only after reading the prompt:
Are you sure you want to revoke this user's access?
Member limits
- Free personal Workspace: 1 guest.
- Go personal Workspace: 1 guest.
- Plus personal Workspace: 2 guests.
- Max personal Workspace: 3 guests.
- Teams workspaces: 3 to 10 seats.
- Business workspaces: 3 to 20 seats.
Troubleshooting
- If you cannot change a role, you may not be an owner, admin, or page manager.
- If a role option is missing, your own role may not allow assigning it.
- If access appears inherited, change it from the correct workspace or parent access area rather than this page-level dialog.
- If someone still cannot open the page, confirm they accepted the invitation and that the page was not moved or deleted.
