Drop mixed image formats into the same converter
A product folder rarely contains one perfect format. It may include JPG photos, transparent PNG graphics, downloaded WebP images, an old BMP logo and a GIF preview. Auto-detect mode validates each file and sends every accepted image toward the output format you selected.
For a strict workflow, select an exact input such as JPG. The file picker and drag-and-drop validation then accept only that format, while the URL changes to a dedicated conversion page such as JPG to WebP.

Use WebP or AVIF when smaller modern web assets matter, JPG for compatible photo delivery, PNG for lossless graphics and transparency, BMP for classic bitmap software, GIF for a static shareable frame, or ICO for a multi-size favicon and application icon file.
SVG files can be used as sanitized input and rasterized into a selected image output. AVIF export appears only when the current browser includes a working AVIF encoder, so the interface never pretends an unsupported conversion succeeded.

The conversion work runs in the browser. Your image does not need to wait for an upload, a remote processing queue and another download before you can use the result. This is especially useful for screenshots, internal artwork and everyday files that should remain on the device.
Bulk jobs are handled in sequence instead of decoding every image at once. Pixel, file-size and queue limits reduce sudden memory pressure, while object URLs and decoded image resources are released when they are no longer needed.

Balance quality, dimensions, transparency and file size
Compressed outputs include practical quality presets, from smaller files to maximum visual quality. Large images can keep their original dimensions or fit inside a chosen maximum size without changing their aspect ratio.
When the output cannot preserve transparency, choose the background color that should appear behind transparent pixels. ICO output builds several icon sizes inside one file, while filenames are cleaned before individual or ZIP download.
