The Divider block belongs to Workspace Basic Blocks. Visually divide blocks with a line.

What it does

Visually divide blocks with a line.

When to use it

• Write and structure a Workspace page.
• Turn loose notes into readable sections.
• Keep everyday documentation easy to scan.

How to add it

1. Open a Workspace page where you have edit access.
2. Type / or open Explore blocks.
3. Choose Divider.
4. Fill in the content, link, file, or settings shown by the block.
5. Use Block Settings when the block exposes additional options.

Tips

• Use headings for structure and Text for normal writing.
• Use comments for review feedback.
• Use templates when you need a repeatable structure.

Limitations

• You need Editor or Admin access to add or change this block.
• Viewer access allows reading and commenting where comments are enabled, but not editing block content.
• If the block depends on an external file, link, or service, that source must be accessible to the people viewing the page.
