The Analytics tab in Space Sites shows privacy-safe performance for published Workspace Sites. Use it to see whether people are finding the site, which pages or templates are useful, and where visitors are coming from.
Open Analytics
- Open Workspace.
- Choose
Space Sitesfrom the sidebar. - Select the
Analyticstab.
Choose a site and date range
Use the site menu to choose All sites or a single published site. Use the date range menu to choose Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 28 days, or Last 3 months.
Read the summary cards

Sites | How many published sites are included in the current view. |
Views | How often published site pages were viewed in the selected range. |
Unique users | How many distinct visitors viewed the site in the selected range. |
Returning users | How many visitors came back during the selected range. |
Template copies | How often visitors used the public template copy action. |
Searches | How often visitors used public site search results. |
Use the engagement trend
Engagement trend charts Views and Template copies over the selected range. Use it to spot publishing days, shared-link spikes, or periods where a site stops receiving traffic.
Check recent activity
Users in last 30 minutes shows current activity and Users per minute. If there are no active visitors, the card says No active visitors in the last 30 minutes.
Read geo analytics
World map and Top countries show where visitors came from. Top countries uses country names and view counts, while World map gives a visual country breakdown.
Use referrers and devices
Top referrersshows domains that sent visitors to the site.Top devicesshows the visitor device mix.- Use referrers to see whether traffic came from search, social posts, documentation links, newsletters, or direct sharing.
- Use devices to check whether the public page should be reviewed more carefully on mobile or desktop.
Refresh data
Select Refresh to reload analytics for the selected site and date range. The dashboard also updates while you keep it open.
Plan requirements
Geo analytics is a Plus feature. The dashboard says Upgrade to Plus or Max to view the world map and country breakdown. when the current plan does not include it.
Troubleshooting
- If the dashboard says
No published sites yet., publish a Workspace Site first. - If a new site has no data, visit or share the public link and check again later.
- If
Top referrersis empty, visitors may be opening the link directly or no referrer data is available yet. - If
World mapis locked, check the plan requirement shown on the card.
