Color Lab is the interactive editing section of a Chromo color page. It lets you create new colors from the selected base color and copy the result.

Adjust tab

  • Lightness makes the color brighter or darker.
  • Saturation makes the color stronger or more muted.
  • Hue rotates the color around the color wheel.
  • Temperature pushes the color warmer or cooler.
  • The result card shows the generated HEX value and can be clicked to copy it.

Blend tab

The Blend tab mixes the selected color with another picked color. The ratio slider controls how much of the second color is used in the result.

Best use

Use Color Lab when a color is close but needs a small practical adjustment before testing it in Accessibility and Preview.
