What the Image Analyzer panel shows

Understand dominant colors, percentages, and pixel picking in Chromo.

The Image Analyzer panel appears after uploading an image on the Chromo home page. It extracts useful colors from the image and lets you inspect a precise pixel color.

What it shows

  • The uploaded image preview.
  • Dominant color swatches extracted from the image.
  • Approximate percentage values that show how much each extracted color appears in the sampled image.
  • A picker mode for selecting a precise pixel color from the preview.
  • A picked color card that can open the selected color detail page.

Dominant colors are best for finding the main palette of an image. The pixel picker is better when you need one exact point from the image.

Best use

Use dominant colors for mood boards and palettes. Use the picker for exact brand, product, or screenshot colors.
