Major improvements across Linksy Business

Linksy Business has received a wide range of improvements across Forms, Polls, Reviews, and Booking, making the entire system more reliable, more secure, and easier to manage.

More powerful Forms

Forms now support up to 50 questions consistently across the entire flow, including the editor, public form, submission system, and saved block data.

Responses from questions 21–50 are no longer lost, making longer applications, surveys, intake forms, and detailed questionnaires fully reliable.

New setup warnings also help identify important configuration problems before visitors reach the form, including:

• Paused forms
• Forms without questions
• Email-based limits without an email field

Public form submissions now also include stronger request validation for additional protection.

More complete Polls

Polls can now include up to 40 options, with a clear counter and automatic prevention once the limit is reached.

Each option can be enabled or disabled individually, making it easier to prepare choices in advance without deleting them.

Poll creators can also set an End voting at date and time. Once a poll has ended, both the public interface and voting system correctly prevent additional votes.

Public results now fully respect the selected display settings, including whether results appear as percentages or vote counts and whether total votes should be shown.

Better Review management

Business owners now have more direct control over pending reviews.

Submitted reviews waiting for approval can be published directly from the business management page, while reported reviews continue to follow the existing reporting and moderation flow.

Review management has also received stronger permission and request validation, ensuring that moderation actions are only available to the correct business owner.

The Reports statistic now reflects the complete number of reported reviews across the entire review flow instead of only counting reports from the currently loaded page.

New setup warnings also highlight situations where the review flow may not work as expected, such as:

• The review flow is paused
• Verified-only reviews are enabled without a connected Booking flow
• The form asks for too little context to create useful reviews

Safer and more reliable Booking

Booking requests now receive stronger server-side validation before they are accepted.

The system verifies that the Booking flow and selected service are actually public, active, available, and compatible with the configured LocalGuard requirements.

LocalGuard data has also been minimized. Exact or approximate coordinates, accuracy values, and browser-identifying details are no longer stored with the booking. Only the minimum status required for validation remains.

Active bookings are now better protected as well. Pending or confirmed bookings cannot be archived or removed while they are still active, whether the action is attempted through the interface or directly through the system.

Customer deletion is also prevented whenever the customer still has any active booking, not only pending ones.

The business detail page now shows clear setup warnings when a Booking flow is not ready to receive reservations, including when:

• No services are available
• Availability has not been configured
• The flow is not connected to a Linksy page
• A required LocalGuard location is missing
• The flow is paused

Manually approved LocalGuard results are now also displayed correctly instead of appearing as failed checks.

Together, these improvements make Linksy Business significantly more dependable for larger forms, public voting, review moderation, customer workflows, and secure booking management.
