Workspace is now faster, safer, and more reliable

We've released one of the biggest Workspace stability updates so far, bringing major improvements to synchronization, reliability, document loading, publishing, and the overall editing experience.

The Workspace synchronization engine has been significantly upgraded to make loading faster while adding stronger safeguards against data loss. Document loading is now more reliable, connection handling has been improved, and the editor performs fewer unnecessary operations before becoming ready to use.

We've also redesigned several parts of the save pipeline. Save progress is now tracked more accurately, reducing situations where the editor could appear to be saving longer than necessary. Overall synchronization between the editor and the cloud is now more responsive and predictable.

Creating new pages has been improved as well. In some situations, a newly created page could briefly display an error before completing successfully in the background. That behavior has been eliminated, providing a much smoother experience when building new documents.

Editing lists is now more consistent across all supported platforms. Bulleted and numbered lists now behave correctly when deleting or editing content, providing a much more natural writing experience on Windows, macOS, and other devices.

Workspace Sites have also received important improvements. Published pages now generate their content from the latest synchronized document state, ensuring your public Workspace pages always reflect the most up-to-date version of your work.

Behind the scenes, we've continued optimizing the synchronization engine, document processing, and connection management to reduce unnecessary work, improve responsiveness, and make large documents feel noticeably smoother.

We've also introduced additional safeguards throughout the Workspace infrastructure to better protect document integrity during synchronization, helping ensure your content remains reliable even during reconnections or unexpected interruptions.

This update represents another major step toward making ReadyTools Workspace a professional-grade collaborative editor built for speed, reliability, and long-term scalability. More improvements are already on the way.
