Workspace Update: Suggestion Mode and View Mode Improvements

Yesterday, we introduced new Workspace view modes, allowing you to choose whether you want to edit a page or simply view it. After the rollout, we identified a few blocks where View Mode wasn't fully preventing interactions as intended. Those issues have now been fixed, making the experience more consistent across all supported blocks.

We've also introduced a brand-new Suggestion Mode.

Suggestion Mode sits between View Mode and Edit Mode. Instead of giving full editing access, collaborators can now leave comments and suggestions without modifying the actual content of blocks. This makes it much easier to collect feedback, review documents, and collaborate safely while keeping your Workspace content protected.

With these improvements, Workspace now offers a more flexible editing experience for teams, reviewers, and anyone collaborating on shared documents.
