How to use Vault images in Linksy

Use images from Vault for Linksy backgrounds, OG images, image modules, and other visual content.

Vault is useful when you want to reuse images across ReadyTools. In Linksy, Vault images can support background selection, social preview images, image modules, galleries, products, and other visual sections.

Choose images intentionally

A Linksy image should make the profile clearer, not just more decorative. Product photos, venue photos, portraits, branded backgrounds, portfolio images, and event visuals are usually better than generic stock-style images.

Use public images where needed

Some Linksy features need a public image URL so visitors and social platforms can load the image. When selecting or uploading from Vault for Linksy, use the public option when the image must appear on the public profile or in shared previews.

Common Linksy uses

  • Background image for the whole profile.
  • OG image background or direct public preview image.
  • Gallery images for a portfolio or event recap.
  • Product images for items or services.
  • Image block for banners, announcements, or visual proof.

Keep images fast and readable

Large, dark, or low-contrast images can make a profile harder to use. Crop backgrounds carefully, avoid important details behind button text, and use overlays or simpler button styles when the image is visually busy.

Vault habit

Create a dedicated Linksy folder in Vault for profile backgrounds, OG previews, product images, and campaign graphics.
