You can update your billing details (name, address, tax ID) anytime in the Stripe Customer Portal.
Where to find it?
- Go to Subscription Dashboard or Settings > Billing.
Step by step
- Log in to your ReadyTools account.
- Open the link above.
- In the Stripe portal click on Billing details section.
- Edit your name, address, country, postal code.
- If you have a tax ID or VAT number, enter or update it here.
- Click Save.
Important
The change takes effect immediately on your next invoice. Previous invoices remain unchanged.
