Vault can store usage markers that show where a file is used inside ReadyTools. These markers help users avoid deleting important files accidentally.

boardly-file means the file is used by Boardly.
linksyBackgroundImage means the file is used as a Linksy background image.
linksy-image means the file is used as a Linksy image.
profilePicture means the file is used as a profile picture.
