Vault can show a report action when the current user is not the file owner. This is mainly for shared files or files shown through another context.
- Open the file options menu.
- Choose report when available.
- Submit the report in the report modal.
- ReadyTools stores the report for review.
Best use
Report a file only when it appears unsafe, abusive, or not allowed.
